Come reveal your inner rockstar with the newest fitness craze around.  POUND is an exercise program incorporating cardio, Pilates, plyometrics and some yoga. We use lightly weighted ripstix to mark the beat of the music and release our inner drummer.  This class will leave you wanting more! This is a physical fitness class with some cardio. It's fun and not as straining as a boot camp but is challenging.

Christine Spinella has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years.  She began her journey with Tae Bo and a few years later received her Zumba and group certifications.  Just over a year ago she got a certification in POUND and hit the ground running!  It has taken off quickly and is on the rise as one of the most popular fitness trends.  

Come get a great workout in while having a whole lot of fun!
