Youths of Various Belts Striking Practice Target

Students will improve their physical fitness while learning valuable tools for safety and self-defense, from instructors who focus on helping students to overcome challenges and conquer their fears. Learn to kick, strike, roll, fall, and practice basic self-defense techniques. Skills to be covered will include:

Self Defense Forms
Karate Fundamentals (kicks, strikes and combinations)
Judy (rolling, break falling and landing)
Blocking systems
Basic personal safety and situational awareness
