Beginner-Intermediate Meditation Workshop
Come learn about this ancient practice that shows you how to live a healthier, more positive, stress-free lifestyle. Incorporate more peace, joy, balance and harmony into your life.
Meditation allows you to approach life from a place of centeredness. You begin to live in a more present, energized, higher state of awareness with calmness, clarity and serenity.
This class will be covering a different Meditation style each week along with topics of awareness for inner transformation & healing.
Please come dressed comfortably. There are chairs available or you may bring a yoga matt or cushion if you would like to sit on the floor.
Class 1: Timed Breathing
Class 2: Grounding Meditation
Class 3: Nadi Shodhan
Class 4: Safety Meditation
Class 5: Movement Meditation
Class 6: Zen or Zazen
Class 7: Healing Meditation

Tia initially became interested in meditation at the age of 4 when living in Greece.
She has studied various forms since then and continues to practice and teach this ancient tradition today!
