Adult yoga class.
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Improve your posture, flexibility and core strength in this 45 minute class. All exercises can be modified to suit each individual. Please bring a yoga mat.
