About The Instructor: Jonathan Hardwicke - Jonathan is not only extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals, but he has been teaching youths and adults martial arts and fitness for over 10 years. He holds multiple world titles in martial arts and is certified in fitness by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
