Tai chi class.

Improve the balance of not only your body, but your mind as well. This soft and flowing style of martial arts will help strengthen your joints, calm your mind and rest your thoughts. Tai Chi is used to help decrease stress, blood pressure and tension while increasing joint stability, balance and mindfulness. This class is a great way to learn how to stay calm and focus on you.

  • About The Instructor: Jonathan Hardwicke - Jonathan is not only extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals, but he has been teaching youths and adults martial arts and fitness for over 10 years. He holds multiple world titles in martial arts and is certified in fitness by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
